You'll receive an email and text confirmation of your first appointment, and then text reminders the evening before each subsequent visit. We will sparkle, shine, and leave your home smelling fresh--naturally.

Book a Walk-through

After we receive your New Client Form, we will invite you to schedule a virtual walk-through. A walk-through of your home allows us to discuss your cleaning priorities, our procedures, and help you to get to know us. No sales pitches, just information with a smile.

How'd We Do?

We will send a 2-second survey after each visit. This is an open door to let us know how we're doing and what we can improve to make sure your expectations are met (or exceeded!) during each cleaning date.

Processes We're Proud Of

  • We work hard to maintain appointment consistency and familiar faces. We book appointments on a recurring basis at the same time and day with the same team. Sometimes things shift (we're human), but we do our best to keep everything simple and easy.

  • We do our best to never cancel. Barring a sharknado or crazy winter storm, if we can make it to your home safely, we'll be there. We may ask to reschedule due to emergencies (again, humans here), but we will provide this request with clarity and as much notice as possible.

  • We get to know you. We care. We notice. We take very detailed notes for each clients' unique home and preferences. This includes scheduling (yep, we know Billy naps from 1-2!), special tasks (vacuuming dog fur off the couch and wiping hand streaks from the walls), and making sure the master bed has the blanket over the top sheet and under the duvet. The difference is in the details.
